Description

  • As a member of the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of people activities, including Workplace Investigations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Employee Development, Recognition, Compensation and Compliance. You will collaborate with America's Employee Relations Partners and HR Business Partners to support processes and programs that will impact employees throughout several stages of the employee lifecycle. You will develop an understanding of the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations organization and how it partners with other COEs to provide the business the tools to be successful.  

Requirements

  • Actively seeking a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration or Management not graduating prior to summer 2024
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employees
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects
  • Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work independently in a remote role
  • Bonus Points:
  • Technology industry experience is a plus
  • Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organization

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations and activities of the ER Investigations function, including note taking and investigation file maintenance; the ER Performance Management function, including documentation review; and a wide range of HR initiatives
  • Assist with the audit of Employee Relations processes, case files, and trackers
  • Gather FAQs for the Workplace Investigations process
  • Support the development of management training
  • Assist with ad hoc reports for ER activities, HRBPs, and business units
  • Participate in testing ER Case Management System (if available)
