Requirements

  • Students should have an interest in civil and or structural engineering, materials science, architecture, and architectural engineering.
  • Maintain high grades in their studies, interested in learning through hands‐on work experience in a consulting engineering environment.
  • Enthusiastic about the challenges associated with the development of sophisticated engineering work product in an atmosphere of high professionalism.
  • Successful candidates must have strong communication abilities
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an engineering program as an undergraduate or graduate in a 4 year‐college or university
  • Ability to understand engineering related math and ability to review engineering calculations

Responsibilities

  • Engineering Intern. The responsibilities for this role include, and are not limited to, reviewing engineering calculations with the support of another Engineer, working closely with the teams Engineering Lead, along with communicating and organizing engineering calculations per customer/project. Intern will get the opportunity to review client drawings and ensure calculations align with the system design. The Engineering intern position allows an entry level engineer to gain experience working with several Engineers, reviewing, and understanding structural calculations, and working in a professional environment as an engineer in training.
