Responsibilities

  • Review incoming documentation to ensure minimum required design information is present
  • Review customer prints against internal design guidelines to identify any areas of deficiency
  • Create or modify assembly models as needed based on customer prints and/or other engineering documentation. Models and manufacturing drawings must be maintained according to corporate standards.
  • Update PDM system and create engineering BOMs for import into the business system
  • Assists manufacturing personnel with information regarding assembly changes and print questions
  • Complete design/research projects as assigned
