Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting processes and compiling resources for business owners. This includes creating detailed documentation, user guides, and reference materials to ensure that business owners have the necessary information and tools to effectively utilize the systems and processes in place.
  • Engage with Microsoft products and the community, focusing on Power Platform, M365, and Copilot. This role involves organizing and participating in community events, webinars, and training sessions to promote the use of these products. Additionally, it includes providing support and guidance to users, helping them leverage the full potential of these tools.
  • Organize and refine user stories to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives. This involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, and continuously refining and prioritizing these stories to ensure they meet the needs of the business and align with overall strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with professionals from the US and India within the Global Technology team for a diverse international experience, with potential opportunities to work with colleagues in Ireland.
  • Participate in and deliver presentation(s) during the Quarterly All Hands IT Town Hall.
  • Interact with internal resources to contribute to essential Information Technology projects aligned with core service areas.
