  • No experience required. Relevant previous experience is a plus
  • Preferred Education
  • Junior, Senior, or graduate level student in college studying Business, Marketing, Communications or similar concentration.

Responsibilities

  • Organize & create event marketing materials for regional & multisite events including invitations, e-communications, social media, and other.
  • Assist with management of the Event Registration system including entering events, monitoring events, creating reports, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with marketing activities and communications for a large partner event, taking place this fall
  • Assist with marketing activities and communications for a large company produced, taking place Spring 2025
  • Provide support for various Trade Show marketing needs including planning, marketing activities & communications, signage, promotions, and other.
  • Coordinate with Creative Services team to develop marketing materials for events and trade shows
  • Design, develop and present an overall capstone project related to Event Marketing, to present to leadership at the end of the internship.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Marketing Specialists within the Dental Events and other Dental Marketing teams, as well as multiple business groups within the Henry Schein portfolio.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
