Responsibilities

  • Assist Event Manager with vendor research when needed (venues, musicians, photographer, florists, production services, AV needs, etc.)
  • Tracking, receiving, organizing, and storing orders for events and PR Salon (i.e. votives, candles, containers, décor, materials, supplies)
  • Supporting the Event & VIP team by helping to schedule meetings with outside vendors and clients
  • Booking shipments and messengers for deliveries
  • Assist in booking VIP travel and glam (i.e. cars, planes, hotels, dinner reservations, glam)
  • Assist with the execution of VIP room-drops
  • Assisting with VIP Sample trafficking (i.e. pulling product, building product, packing, shipping of product, and tracking for VIP or event needs, last minute product pulls)
  • Support PR Coordinator with the upkeep of the PR Salon including product organization, supply inventory and the management of the bi-weekly cleanings
  • Support maintenance of GPS (i.e. checking once or twice a week on status of returns)
  • Partner with PR and Social teams to input new cycles + samples into GPS
  • Assist Influencer Specialist with product send-outs for influencer campaigns
  • Support VIP Specialist with talent suggestions + social media tracking for gifting (press and VIP)
  • Asset support and organization (i.e. pulling photos from Pandora Library for VIP or press requests)
  • Schedule weekly Facebook and Twitter content
