Responsibilities

  • Supervise GCSE and A Level exams
  • Arranging exam halls for pupils to enter and be seated at the right desk
  • Ensuring pupils are entering and leaving the exam halls in a calm manner
  • Provide pupils with the right instructions and resources for them to complete their papers
  • Escorting pupils to the toilets when needed
  • Monitoring general behaviour to prevent cheating and disruptions
  • Organising completed papers in the correct categories for collection and marking
  • Properly storing used equipment (calculators etc) after the exam is finished
  • Working alongside the Exams Team to effectively coordinate rotas for cover
