Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or business operations role would be an asset
  • University or College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
  • Demonstrated success with the planning and execution of system projects with multiple teams or business partners
  • Analytical and organizational skills; committed to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Comfort working in a highly flexible environment independently and collectively
  • Adaptability with strong organizational, project and time management skills
  • Microsoft Power Platform - Experience with Power Automate and PowerBI a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Visual Basic for Applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
  • Curious and logical mindset
  • Troubleshooting capability, with creative and technical capabilities to fulfill unique business demands
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presentations and working with various levels of leadership

Responsibilities

  • Partner with vendors, buyers, carriers, transport, and DC leads to create action plans and efficiently resolve issues of past due and delayed POs
  • Communicate with impacted teams for Service Level protection actions
  • Ad hoc problem solving, data analysis and investigation of issues related to vendor production and shipping delays
  • Maintain and improve reporting metrics for vendor readiness, pick up progress and delivery timelines
  • Analyze issues and data on key areas of focus to find opportunities for system optimization and provide regular updates to business leadership
  • Establish relationships with vendors, buyers, transport leads, DC leads and outside carriers for the successful execution of initiatives
  • Work with internal Supply Chain teams to identify and implement Vendor Portal requirements based on user feedback
  • Utilize and develop automation tools to aid reporting and communication
  • Provide regular updates to key business partners
