Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant technical degree program (STEM field) or recent graduates.
  • Possess a strong customer-first and ownership mindset. Someone who can be the customer’s voice within our business and represent them from end-to-end resolution of the issue.
  • Display a strong interest in technology and a keenness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Equipped with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and global environment.
  • Familiar with power systems (preferable), industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet, TCP/IP, IEC 61850, DPN3 (a bonus), relational databases (SQL), and virtualization technologies (bonuses).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with our expert team to reproduce, diagnose, and document technical support issues reported by customers.
  • Serving as the point of contact for incoming requests from countries and partners, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicating and working closely with countries and partners to gather detailed information about technical issues and ensure a thorough understanding of the problem.
  • Utilizing your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to identify the root cause of issues and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Working closely with our quality team to help enhance our products.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge articles, FAQs, and support documentation to improve customer self-service options.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Taking part in interesting internal projects, such as laboratory and virtualization initiatives, to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
