  • Our team work on a mixture of pre-deal analysis and due diligence (operational, carve-out and synergy), integration / divestiture planning and execution, value creation and operational turnaround for a mixture of corporate and PE clients.
  • Working across the full transaction life cycle allows members of the Operations team to experience, and provide solutions for, a breadth of client challenges before, during and after a transaction takes place.

  • Working with experienced project teams, supporting on pitching for new work through to executing engagements.
  • Supporting one of the many sectors we engage with on a daily basis, such as Private Equity, Technology, Media and Telecom and Health, Sciences and Wellbeing.
  • Gaining exposure to the deal/investment “engine” including the diligence process, valuation process, stakeholders involved, bidder meetings and the deal negotiation process.
  • Assisting with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development.
  • Supporting, and eventually taking ownership for elements of, a wide range of service offerings.
