You will be responsible for managing hardline novelty product development planning, inventory management, financial tracking, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Are there any educational requirements for this internship?
Yes, candidates should preferably be in their junior or senior year of college or university.
What is the pay rate for this internship?
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
Is prior experience in the food and beverage field required?
While not required, prior experience in Hardlines Product Development, Planning, or the Food & Beverage field is preferred.
Do I need to have my own transportation for this internship?
Yes, you will need to provide reliable transportation to and from work.
Are there any specific software skills I should have?
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred, along with basic knowledge of Smartsheet, Tableau, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Can I apply if I have previously participated in a Disney internship?
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
What are the eligibility requirements for this internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university, be at least 18 years of age, possess unrestricted work authorization, and have full availability for the duration of the internship.
Will I have support and mentorship during the internship?
Yes, the Novelty Souvenir Development Team will focus on developing interns through regular learning assessments, developmental tasks, and dedicated mentorship.
