Requirements

  • This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student
  • Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience with MS Office with preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to network and develop positive relationships
  • Diligent and highly organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Intern will work closely with the Regional Facilities Engineer in collecting, sorting, arranging and filing of necessary documents
  • Re-organize turnover package files into separate sections in a logical manner.
  • Attach main equipment files to SI7 tags (e.g. schematics, manuals, etc.) that would support technicians during work execution.
  • Review asset data in SI7 as they are uploaded to ensure data accuracy.
  • Review job plans in SI7 as they are uploaded to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the general asset tagging as well as labelling of ceiling tiles.
