Requirements

  • Formal Education:
  • Candidates will have completed at least two years of bachelor’s degree in a business-related major (accounting or finance preferred) and currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of internship
  • Knowledge & Experience:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Technical/Skill Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

  • Interns on the SW Business Services team will perform a variety of tasks that support Real Estate Accounting and Administration. In Real Estate, these tasks may include processing expense reconciliations for Property Tax, Insurance and Common Area Maintenance, updating supplier and contact information, assisting with administration of legal documents, and other lease administration tasks. Interns are also assigned to work on special projects (as needed).

  • Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with out team in a virtual Microsoft teams panel interview.
