  • This position is part of the Sherwin Business Services team and plays a key role in the accounting of the Company’s retail and non-retail property leases. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the accurate reconciliation and payment of lease-related expenses including Property Tax, Insurance, and Utility reimbursements to landlords. This position will assist our accounting and administration team with a data accuracy project to ensure seamless integration into a new software system. This position will interact with other functional areas, including Enterprise FP&A, Enterprise R&C, SBS GA, BPI, IT, Legal, business real estate executives, landlords, and others. This position offers an opportunity to work both in a group setting and independently. 


  • Formal Education:
  • Candidates will have completed at least two years of bachelor’s degree in a business-related major (accounting or finance preferred) and currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of internship
  • Knowledge & Experience:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Technical/Skill Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Banking & Finance


  • Interns on the SW Business Services team will perform a variety of tasks that support Real Estate Accounting and Administration. In Real Estate, these tasks may include processing expense reconciliations for Property Tax, Insurance and Common Area Maintenance, updating supplier and contact information, assisting with administration of legal documents, and other lease administration tasks. Interns are also assigned to work on special projects (as needed).

  • Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with out team in a virtual Microsoft teams panel interview.
