Requirements

  • Undergraduates currently studying a university degree in a relevant subject, for instance Accounting, Business or Finance, and on course for at least a 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent.
  • Interested in a career in Finance.
  • Available full time between June – August 2025 and able to work from our Edinburgh or Witham office at least 2 days per week over this period.
  • Highly motivated, with the drive and stamina to act on your own initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Able to analyse and interpret large amounts of complex data. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Investment Administration function, you will perform a range of activities including understanding how we protect our customer assets, processing of outbound and inbound money movements, processing of nominee level income events, fund manager dealing, overview of reconciliation controls and their importance to customers.
  • You’ll also gain insight across the wider Finance function, as well as change activities impacting the wider UK business.
