Who is eligible for the Former Player Internship Program?
The program is open to Major and Minor League free agents or retired players who have not played affiliated baseball for two years or less.

What departments can former players intern in?
Former players can participate in internships in various departments, including On-Field Ops, On-Field Strategy, Transactions, Draft/Medical/International Operations, Umpire Operations, Player Programs, Minor League Operations, Baseball Economics, and Replay.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this internship?
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or be in progress towards one, proficiency with MS Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and knowledge of current MLB events.
What is the hourly pay range for the internship?
The hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00.
