Responsibilities

  • Support the Disney, Pixar, and 20th Games team in production, creative, and marketing providing content and reference for all Disney, Pixar, and 20th Games titles
  • Support the routing/approvals of assets with Disney Games production, creative, and marketing teams
  • Support cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, PR, Marketing) to secure feedback/approvals on all submissions
  • Maintain asset management tools/directories to track/coordinate deliverables
  • Ability to learn or existing knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable/Zendesk/Other Production software
  • Track all asset deliveries and ensure on-time deliverables for assigned titles
  • Support product mobilization submissions and asset distribution for products
  • Support Brand Relations leads on incoming/outgoing requests/approvals
  • Develop knowledge of brand relations partnerships, process, and the brands
