An Undergraduate degree or a Master's degree completed between August 2022 and April 2024 is required, with a preference for an MBA or Masters of Finance degree.
Is there a preferred certification for applicants?
Yes, completion of CFA Level 1 is preferred.
What skills are necessary for applicants to possess?
Applicants should have strong accounting, financial modeling, graphing, and analytical skills, along with excellent command of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
Will there be feedback given during the program?
Yes, ongoing feedback will be provided by both a Mentor and Supervisor throughout the program.
How many sector teams will participants rotate through?
Participants will have the opportunity to rotate through four different sector teams.
Do applicants need to submit a resume with their application?
No, applicants do not need to submit a resume. Instead, they must complete a PLUM Profile and a short one-way video interview.
Where is the location of the program?
The program is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Is previous experience with Bloomberg and FactSet required?
While experience using Bloomberg and FactSet is considered an asset, it is not a strict requirement.
