Who is eligible to apply for the THRIVE Summer Internship Program?
The program is open to undergraduate students who are currently in their second year and identify as part of one or more equity deserving groups, including women pursuing STEM degrees, Black students, Indigenous students, and students with disabilities.
What kind of experiences will participants gain during the internship?
Participants will gain experiences through job shadowing across Corporate Banking, Global Capital Markets, and Investment Banking, as well as mentorship, access to classroom-style education, and various workshops designed to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
Is a resume required for the application process?
No, a resume is not required. Instead, candidates must complete a PLUM Profile, a one-way video interview, and upload the screenshot of their PLUM Profile along with their transcript during the application process.
Will there be mentorship opportunities during the internship?
Yes, participants will benefit from a mentorship program that pairs them with mentors from Corporate and Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets throughout the summer.
What is the purpose of the THRIVE program?
The purpose of the THRIVE program is to provide undergraduate students from equity deserving groups with exposure to different business lines in banking, develop their technical and interpersonal skills, and prepare them for future opportunities in the industry.
What kind of training will analysts receive during the program?
Analysts will receive exclusive access to Wall Street Prep courses, coding training, case competitions, Bloomberg learning, and other relevant workshops to enhance their technical skills.
