Requirements

  • Candidates are required to be pursuing abachelor’s degreefrom an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe betweenDecember 2025 and June 2026
  • 2.0 minimum GPA preferred - A history ofhigh achievement
  • Common areas of study include but are not limited to:
  • Corporate Finance
  • Accounting 12+ credit hours preferred
  • Economics
  • Other related majors
  • Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainable results. Additionally, students should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office as well as show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving & analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Over the ten-week program, you will participate in a variety of day-to-day activities depending on the credit portfolio to which you are aligned. You will be paired with a senior team of credit professionals and may work with different types of clients including companies and institutions. Potential activities include:
  • Analysis of client financial information, identification/mitigation of potential risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluation of collateral in determination of credit worthiness
  • Participate in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation
  • Complete monitoring activities
  • Review and evaluate collateral to ensure appropriate requirements are met
  • Analyze clients' financial performance by comparing it to past performance
  • Complete cash-flow analysis to understand the client’s ability to repay
  • Attend client meetings to develop a deeper understanding of the client's business, management team, and past and future performance
  • Review completed client requests to ensure compliance with policy and procedures
