Responsibilities

  • Supporting EB activities devising and managing initiatives to make Amplifon Employer of Choice for specific population targets
  • Working with colleagues in different areas to "activate" global initiatives to meet country-specific needs
  • Analyzing recruiting target population and personas
  • Reviewing EB platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targets
  • Support for the definition and organization of learning programs
  • Building comprehensive reporting and KPIs to support team activities
