Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in supporting our global marketing campaigns, specifically by delivering marketing activities aimed at the retail and wholesale segments. You will support on the delivery of key marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, production of videos, coordination of global events and putting together result metrics.
  • Retail & Wholesale marketing
  • Your main tasks will involve the implementation of the retail and wholesale marketing strategy, where you will help position AXA IM as a leading investor to clients. This will include:
  • You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of global marketing projects aimed at supporting the retail and wholesale client segments.
  • You’ll work closely with the local markets to increase visibility of our key strategies, focusing on fixed income and responsible investing.
  • You'll provide support for the implementation of arketing campaigns at both global and local levels, collaborate with global and local teams for content distribution, and report on the results of marketing plans.
  • You’ll be the key driver of gathering and maintaining of data and insights from the different platforms.
  • You'll help with the coordination of global events, including webinars and industry events, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Digital:
  • Join our team and be a part of our exciting social media campaigns. You will work with various teams to create captivating social posts, produce assets, and work with compliance before we hand them over to our media agency.
  • Work closely with our content team to support our global email strategy. You will use Eloqua to create email templates, develop campaign distribution lists, and track metrics using our campaign management tool.
  • Reporting:
  • You'll take an active role in maintaining and updating all stats from marketing activities and events on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Brand and Advertising:
  • Work closely with our brand and advertising team to deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including advertising, content, and video syndication. You will be a key player in our efforts to stay ahead of the competition, conducting research and analyzing competitor audits and landscapes.
  • External Agency Support:
  • Collaborate with our Global Marketing Agencies to develop assets that support our campaigns and local marketing plans. Your role will include briefing, reviewing, and validating content to ensure that it aligns with our goals and vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with talented professionals and develop your skills in project management, communication, and creative collaboration.
  • Project Management:
  • Play a crucial role in increasing our profile and facilitating access to our global marketing content repository. You will take ownership of sharing our content internally and help maintain our global marketing SharePoint, you will develop your skills in content management and collaboration while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Bring your innovative mind to our team and suggest and implement new processes, procedures, and practices that help us become a more efficient and effective resource for the AXA IM business.
  • Support our team and help us maintain overall efficiency by assisting in meeting preparations and ensuring workflows and pipeline documents are up-to-date.
  • Structured Development:
  • As a Global Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to shadow marketing managers over the course of the placement, gaining unique insights into global marketing strategy and execution within an international asset management business.

  • Skills-based Development
  • Over time the candidate will also take ownership of ad hoc marketing projects to develop project management and broader communications skills. The candidate will also be expected to develop investment knowledge and understanding of the fund management industry as a whole through exposure to fund management and investment sales teams.
