Responsibilities

  • Servicing existing clients on a day to day basis, assisting with sales efforts and support, completing operational set ups and managing ad hoc projects.
  • Providing day to day support to our global client base, addressing queries and resolving time critical issues.
  • Interacting with operations teams including SSGM Trade support, SSGM Onboarding, Custody, Fund accounting and Transfer agents, both internal and external.
  • Interacting with management locally and globally.
  • The role will entail some project management and coordination across multiple teams within Global Markets but also within the administrative arm of State Street.
