The candidate must possess excellent written and communication skills, the ability to work independently and provide quick solutions for complex problems, effective interfacing with engineers and managers, strong problem-solving skills, good tolerance for ambiguity, the ability to prioritize tasks independently, a natural focus on quality and accurate results, the ability to work well in a team setting, and be actively pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry with 3+ months of educational or industry experience.

The candidate will be responsible for actively pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry while working on various tasks such as research and development, process engineering, yield engineering, planarization development, module engineering, and failure analysis.
