Responsibilities

  • Owning the SPV Process: Taking charge of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) process from a FinOps perspective, managing tasks such as setting up legal entities, investment closing, processing refunds, dealing with exits, and overseeing other investment events and regulatory reporting
  • Documentation: Meticulously documenting all SPV processes and proposing enhancements and automations to streamline our operations
  • Implementation of Improvements: Internally implementing SPV process improvements and collaborating with the Product team on automation and productisation
  • Customer Interaction: Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience
  • This role extends beyond managing day-to-day processes. Your mission to optimise, streamline, and automate existing operations for enhanced efficiency.
