Description

  • If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and operations-focused with a passion for driving growth, this is the role. As a growth marketing analyst, you will maintain performance marketing reports in Excel, analyze trends, inform the team using data-driven decisions, and empower growth marketers to achieve results. Other key aspects include conducting market research and working cross-functionally to ensure projects are within scope and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Highly analytical and able to produce, consume, and articulate analysis into operational business actions; Experience with framework building and dashboards is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate business cases and communicate complicated analysis in a logical and concise manner
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, SumIf, etc.)
  • Major in Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Program Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a graduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophomore, (second year college student) or above
  • Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
  • Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site

  • Create and maintain reports on spend, traffic quality, and product health to gain insights and bring clarity to the business
  • Build, implement, and manage strategies and necessary processes across teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with media buying, finance, and accounting teams to implement and improve processes and the use of tools
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to optimize investment decisions on user acquisition across OTT, mobile, and web
