What qualifications do I need to apply for the Healthcare Support Worker position?

Will I receive supervision while working as a Healthcare Support Worker?
Yes, you will provide care under the supervision of registered nurses to ensure safe and compassionate care.
What types of tasks will I be expected to perform?
You will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, nutritional and dietary support, take and record observations, and perform additional supportive tasks as directed by registered nurses.

What is the progression opportunity within the pay band for this role?
You will progress from pay band 2 to pay band 3 upon achieving the Care Certification.
