What is the duration of the Honorary Assistant Psychologist/Therapist position?

No, this is an honorary placement, which means it is unpaid.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this role?
We are looking for undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology students or those in other social science fields.
How many hours per week is required for this position?
A minimum of 21 hours per week is required, which equates to part-time work over a minimum of 3 days.
Who will I report to in this position?
You will report to a CBT Therapist/Senior HI Therapist.
Will I receive supervision during my time in this role?
Yes, you will receive supervision from educational providers regarding your coursework to meet the required standards.
What kind of training will I receive while in this role?
You will attend and fulfill the requirements of the clinical/training element of the post and apply learning in practice.
Can I advance my career through this position?
Yes, after completing 12 months in this honorary role, you will be supported to apply for a place on the Band 4 trainee PWP course.
