  • Provides support by coordinating on behalf of the team
  • Manages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required
  • Technical:
  • Data entry and computation on Company systems and Excel.
  • Manages and utilizes document management systems including printing, copying, scanning, assembling, uploading and mailing
  • Archives and files for other team members as appropriate
  • Responds appropriately to urgent issues as they arise
  • Knows when to seek guidance from more senior members of the team
