Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a college or university offering a four year degree.
  • Completion of freshman year or higher and in good academic standing.
  • College transcripts required as part of interview process.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing and able to take initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, FMLA, student hiring, and timekeeping processes.
  • Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Support HR staff in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
  • Draft HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Audit HR files and records to collect and file all the necessary documents appropriately.
  • Other duties assigned.
