Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the coordination of Onboarding and Offboarding activities.
  • Assisting with the management, organization and reporting of the Advancement performance management system.
  • Working with HR team on special projects such as classification and compensation activities related to Career Roadmap, pulling and analyzing various reports from HR systems, reviewing and updating staffing prioritization spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with the creation, management, and organization of meeting agendas, personnel announcements and other administrative items.
  • Reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations on exit interview tools, processes, communication, etc.
  • Assisting with the coordination of recruitment activities of job alert emails, website updates, ad placements, interview scheduling, interview prep, and candidate sourcing.
  • Attend appropriate meeting and training sessions.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
