The salary for the role is £24,500, along with a Share Scheme, Pension, and 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).

The placement is located in Springvale, Northern Ireland.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this role?
Applicants should be on target to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Resource Management or Business Management with at least one HR module covered.
What type of projects will I work on during the placement?
You will work on multiple diverse projects within the HR team, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and occupational health.
Will I receive any support during my placement?
Yes, you will have a workplace mentor who will support you throughout your time at Caterpillar and help you gain professional development and skills.
What is the recruitment process like for this role?
