Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in various stages of the employee lifecycle while being a primary contact point for HR queries.
  • You will support daily HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
  • You will also handle inquiries in the shared mailbox, assign tasks to HR Associates, and analyse HR metrics to prepare reports for decision-making.
  • In this remit you will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions by managing headcount processes, ensuring data integrity, and engaging with HR partners, as well as providing operational and project support for HR systems like SAP and Workday.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshooting, testing system changes, and ensuring HR systems meet business and legal requirements.
  • You will be supporting recruitment activity across EMEA.
  • You will rotate around different areas of recruitment, including permanent, early careers, contingent and executive hiring.
  • You will also be involved with project work focused on diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.
  • This team is dedicated to enhancing careers and fostering a culture of learning and growth across EMEA.
