Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or a recent grad in those two disciplines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team
  • A combination of strong conceptual, analytical, and execution skills, indicating a well-rounded approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, assisting with orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and perspective
  • Other duties as assigned
