  • The preferred candidate will be inclusive and receptive, demonstrating respect and elevating the team when presenting and when learning new ideas and concepts. A good sense of humor and ability to socialize among different cultures, beliefs, and values will be expected as the candidate will be required to operate on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.   • The preferred candidate will have aspirations to apply / develop mechanical acumen in an environment where both educational understanding and real life practicality are important to design, testing, and development of HVAC equipment. The preferred candidate will be a self-starter and able to use a variety of different engineering tools to succeed at this position. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
