Description

  • Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for an Inclusion & Engagement intern to join our DEI team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!
  • As an Inclusion & Engagement intern, you will build connectivity across the IAS employee population to promote an inclusive culture and workplace. The Inclusion & Engagement intern will support the work of the talent engagement & DEI department, the IAS Inclusion & Diversity Council, and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Employee Interest Groups (EIGs). Additionally, the Inclusion & Engagement Specialist will be tasked with developing and utilizing tools, metrics, and measures to assess the efficacy and impact of inclusion and engagement activities on the global workforce of Integral Ad Science.

Responsibilities

  • Working in close partnership with the Director, Talent Engagement & DEI, support the implementation of the IAS D&I strategy and roadmap
  • Provide support for targeted employee experiences from ideation to planning and execution
  • Partner with ERGs and EIGs to produce inclusive programs, events, and initiatives that advance the broader IAS diversity and inclusion vision
  • Manage and produce in-person, virtual, and hybrid activities
  • Research DEI and Engagement trends, providing valuable insights and benchmarking
