Responsibilities

The Information Security Project Portfolio Management team focuses on projects that center around Information Security, with collaboration and cooperation with the software development and hardware/infrastructure departments. These projects require the ability to learn and understand Information Security Policies and Standards. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for assisting the primary Project Manager with project planning, providing statuses, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements, and aligns with the risk posture of the company. Duties may include assisting the primary Project Manager with assembling project team, scheduling project meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, following up with assigned individual responsibilities, maintaining schedules to ensure timely completion of project, communicating project status and issues to team and management. Coordinates with other projects and work groups. Socialization and communication of all changes that may impact the Business or other Corporate Departments. Work closely with Info Sec operations on tasks related to information and technology security compliance.
