The salary for the placement is £22,450, along with additional benefits such as a share scheme, pension, flexible working, and 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).

You will work on multiple IT projects across various business functions, including Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, and Aftermarket groups.
What qualifications are required to apply for this role?
Applicants must be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in a Computing subject and must be in their penultimate year of study or enrolled in an integrated master’s program.
Will I receive any support during my placement?
Yes, you will have support from IT professionals with extensive experience, and you will also be assigned a workplace mentor to help you throughout your time at Caterpillar.
What does the recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process includes an online application, a video interview, an Assessment Centre, and then offers will be made to preferred candidates.
