Responsibilities

  • You will attain general knowledge and awareness of the roles and responsibilities of the ISDP Team in relation to the IKEA Group Global rules, our local rules and our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Information Security: You will have the opportunity to undertake operational responsibilities to complete assessments of new and existing solutions and processing activities using tools such as One Trust
  • Data Privacy: You will have the opportunity to undertake operational responsibilities to complete Data Subject Rights Requests, Coordination of Information Security Incidents and Data Breaches. This includes CCTV Redaction, Document Redaction, IBM SOAR, Data Retention and Privacy & Cookies notices/policies
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our IKEA Functions and Global to share our routines and processes and support them where they need support on information security or data privacy request.
