  • Project Management: Lead a project and/or support the team to deliver a large IT programme. You will be exposed to the tools that we use in IKEA to help us deliver these projects and programmes successfully
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with the other IT Teams and cross functionality with the other functions to understand and manage their needs and priorities
  • Adoption: Ensure that projects are successfully delivered and that there is a clear hand over to business as usual that allows IKEA to continue to extract value from and make improvements to the solution that’s been implemented
