Is this internship position remote or in-office?
This internship position is in-office only, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
What are the responsibilities of the IT Intern?
The IT Intern will provide daily IT support while shadowing IT Analysts and will work with both local and regional IT teams to deliver IT support services.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates should be in the process of completing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields, with an expected graduation date of Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.

Candidates should understand Windows 10, be able to configure and troubleshoot PC level problems, and have knowledge of Windows Server 2016, Office 365 applications, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.

What type of devices will the IT Intern be expected to work with?
The IT Intern will be expected to configure and use mobile devices such as iPads and Smartphones, as well as install new printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment.
