What is the duration of the Insight Graduate Abilities Talent programme?
The programme lasts for 3 days.
When will the Insight programme take place?
The Insight programme will run from 11th - 13th June 2025.
Who is eligible to apply for the programme?
The programme is aimed at students with a disability or long-term health condition who are in their final year of university or have recently graduated.
What kind of support is available for applicants with disabilities?
KPMG has designed this programme specifically for students with disabilities or long-term health conditions to ensure they have an opportunity to gain insights into a career in Tax.
What qualifications are required to apply for the programme?
Applicants should generally have 5 GCSEs at A* - C or equivalent, 120 UCAS points from their top 3 A Level grades, and be on track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Is the Insight programme paid?
Yes, this is a paid Insight programme and participants will receive a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
Will there be an opportunity for a graduate offer after the programme?
Yes, if successful on the programme, participants may secure a position on one of KPMG's 2025 Tax graduate programmes.
Can international students apply for this programme?
Some graduate roles do not offer sponsorship, so international students requiring visa sponsorship after graduation will not be able to apply for this Insight programme.
What kind of training and development can participants expect?
Participants will gain valuable practical experience, learn about the world of work, enhance their CV, and start building professional networks. If selected for a full-time role, they will have access to further training and development opportunities.
