Yes, this is a paid Insight programme with a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
Who is eligible to apply for the Social Mobility Talent Insight Programme?
The programme is open to students in their penultimate year of university from a lower socio-economic background.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this programme?
Generally, you’ll need 5 GCSEs at A*-C (or equivalent), 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Level grades (or equivalent), and be on track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
What does a lower socio-economic background mean for eligibility?
It includes having attended a state school or college, having a household earner in a lower socio-economic occupation, being eligible for free school meals, or being the first member of your immediate family to attend university.
Will there be any opportunity for a graduate offer after the Insight programme?
Yes, if successful in the programme, you could secure a position on one of the autumn 2026 graduate programmes.
Are international students eligible to apply for this programme?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from individuals requiring visa sponsorship after graduation.
What kind of opportunities will I have during the Insight experience?
You will network with colleagues, learn more about our work, and explore various career opportunities within the Tax teams.
