Requirements

  • Must be detail focused and possess strong analytical skills and initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently on assignments and time management
  • Proficiency in Excel and other general ledger applications (Oracle is a plus)
  • Graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Working towards a BS in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Relevant prior internship experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in month-end close activities by preparing and posting general journal entries
  • Assist with the preparation of month end financial reports
  • Support the Intercompany team in organizing and recording intercompany receivables and debts across the business
  • Assist the accounting team in updating account reconciliations
  • Work closely with senior accountants and other team members on ad-hoc assignments and special projects
