  • Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Basic project management concepts and methods.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple priorities, sometimes under limited time constraints.
  • Creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Highly-effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationship with others.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives,
  • managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
  • Analytical knowledge to generate reports based on available data and make decisions based on reported data.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal Intern Project Coordinator will learn the skills necessary to develop metrics and KPI reporting for that cover the operational areas for IT and other areas of the organization. They will participate in data transformation and curation, development of data models, and the development of report visualizations. They will assist the Chief of Staff in defining and developing the visual story of IT operations presented to leadership.
  • Intern:
  • Performs job functions under close supervision or peer review.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of data transformation and curation skills.
  • Participate in developing reporting visualizations.
  • Assist with creation of presentations.
  • Track and update action items, risks, and issues logs.
  • Learn about the operational activities of enterprise IT.
  • Update SharePoint site.
  • Communicate with IT and Business leaders.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
