Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful project planning, execution and launch of various projects from our Loss Prevention, Inventory Control and Retail Departments
  • Develop recaps and lessons learned to support continuous improvement efforts with business partners.
  • Work cross functionally to resolve issues at their root cause to improve store execution and prevent recurrence of the same issue.
  • Support the Business Operations team in updating Policies & Procedures, store tools and assets as it pertains to current projects.
  • Partner closely with the Store Communication team to ensure accurate communications are distributed to stores.
  • Get exposure to cross-functional teams and complex projects. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture, so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Retail PMO, Communications and Merchandising.
