Bachelor's degree in progress and at least 2 years of college coursework completed. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for education, nonprofit admin, or community service.

The intern will support research, marketing content creation, financial modeling, and presentation development for business strategy, while also participating in meetings and developing SOPs and communication plans as assigned by the Director of Strategic Operations. Training will include general orientation, mentor meetings, Excel modeling, executive slide writing, and project management skills.

Under the mentorship of designated staff members, interns will work both independently and collaboratively with their departments on projects that support Think Together’s mission and operations. Interns will gain a broad understanding of how a particular department functions within the context of a large nonprofit organization and will develop skills and knowledge related to their academic and professional goals. Interns will also have opportunities to attend regular staff speaker series and professional development sessions.</li><li>The Business Strategy Intern will support Think Together’s California Schools Talent Collaborative initiative in its efforts to evaluate and address the staffing needs of afterschool programs across California.</li></ul>
