  • In this role, you will be joining a diverse and agile Digital and Distance Learning Operations team that is committed to delivering its premium service and quality training solutions to customers and training partners worldwide. You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital and Distance Learning Operations and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support global training operations, focusing on operational excellence.


  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Education, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related field;
  • You are a strong team player and enjoy working in a diverse team;
  • You have a very meticulous and organized work habit;
  • You are a quick learner who can work in the fast-paced work environment;
  • You have strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • You are looking for a challenge of handling multiple tasks by the given deadline while maintaining a high level of quality of your work;
  • Your English proficiency is high in both written and oral communication;
  • You are highly computer-literate in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and Power BI; familiarity with coding is a definite asset.

  • Provide customer support and handle operational tasks;
  • Dive into data management and analysis to support our mission;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to ensure timely delivery of training materials, exams, and certificates;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)s;
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to solve issues;
  • Participate in implementing and developing operational processes and systems to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness;
  • Assist with special assignments and projects as needed.
