Responsibilities

  • Support teams with digital content development (e.g. copywriting for social media, website articles and working with our design team on social assets & videos)
  • Support in the development of creative digital communications campaigns, developing and contributing to various captivating content formats to effectively communicate in the online world
  • Provide timely and relevant social media monitoring and reports for clients, helping them stay ahead of online news and trends
  • Undertake audits and research to determine the most suitable digital channels for reaching target audiences, and conducting research into influencers and new content formats for social media
  • Use various listening tools to monitor, create reports and add-value to current clients
  • Be a vital client team support, helping with client meeting agendas and action notes from both internal account meetings, new business meetings and getting the opportunity to sit in on client workshops and meetings
  • Contribute research towards new business pitches including brainstorming creative ideas and helping to develop pitch documents
  • Contribute towards a positive, thriving and driven culture as part of the digital team
