Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist the strategic framework for Player & Creator Marketing within the market, adapting global strategies to local business objectives.
  • Ensure all Player & Creator activities align with broader business goals and contribute to brand and can love.
  • Support research on the esports and gaming market, including current trends, popular games, and emerging sub-communities.
  • Identify and report on new trends in competitive games, influential creators, and elite players.
  • Stay current with the latest sources of information in esports and gaming, such as industry reports, forums, and social media channels.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of the full program.
  • Continuously refine reporting and processes to measure the effectiveness of activations then share insights & learnings with the broader team.
  • Organize and maintain meeting notes and agendas.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance and note taken.
  • All documents to be filed accordingly.
  • Assist with maintaining the CRM tracker, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and insights from research to relevant team members.
  • Assist in creating presentations and reports based on research and data analysis.
