Responsibilities

  • The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides Interns with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.
  • The Housing & Community Solutions (HCS) team is a part of the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team and provides subject matter expertise to clients across the firm’s segments with a particular focus in the areas of: Housing & Community Solutions (HCS), Disaster Recovery & Resilience and Capital Projects. During your assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant business challenges our clients face. The HCS team is engaged in projects with state and local housing agencies, public housing authorities, homeless services offices, and departments of human services, among other clients.
  • You’ll be working with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client-facing presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks. Depending on your area of study and team assignment, this position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients in the area(s) of: grants management, construction management, capital project delivery, policy analysis, housing finance, compliance, and housing assessments, studies etc.
